Pattern question! Foll what?
I am working on the back of a sweater; the directions say:

K2, Kfb, k to last 4 sts, kfb, k3
Cont in st st, inc in this way at each end of 5 foll 6th rows.

I start with 74 sts, and need to end with 86.

Continue with this patter for each of the following 5 rows, and then the 6th? or is it like increase on the 5th and 6th rows until I have 86 stitches?

Please Help!

Thanks!

The K2, kfb, k to last 4 sts, kfb, K3 part is how every increase row will look, and you will repeat it on every 6th row, 5 times. So you will increase on row 1 (the initial increase row) then on 7, 13, 19, 25, 31. That will be a total of 12 stitches increased which will get you from your initial 74 stitches to the required 86 stitches.
