WIP or FO? If only he was home so I would know....
I have been working on a large scarf for about a month now... it could have been done much sooner but it's for my boyfriend who wants it to be really wide and really long and never ending garter stitch kinda bored me after a few hours..... I finally buckled down today to finish off the skein because I promised it would be ready before the first snow... and that happened unusually early this yr, so that went out the window...

So, it is 30stitches wide and so far one full skien of black bulky weight yarn, and about 4 or 5 side projects I have since finished in between, I think -hope-pray- that I am done.... I am just waiting for him to come home from his friends so I can ask him if it's long enough.... I bet anything it isn't... He wants it REALLLY long, one skein would normally be plenty long but the yarn was eaten up in the width.

oh well, here's hoping.

I also loooove long scarves. Now that I have accomplished garter nd stockinette stitches I think it's time I play with more interesting scarf patterns.

As soon as he tells me it's done I am posting up a pic, but it's not very interesting, just black and fuzzy. lol. He didn't end up getting home till after I was in bed last night so I wont find out till he's home from work.
