Eastern European Footlets - Interweave Knits Winter 2003
Hi All,
If anyone has a copy of this magazine & would be willing to share this pattern, I would so much appreciate it. I went to the interweave site to see if the back issue was available, but alas, it's sold out!  
It features a short-row toe & heel on a short footlet.

Here is a pattern for a footie. It has short row heels, but not short row toes.
I haven't tried the pattern, but have been meaning to.

After I wrote the post, I thought, why not contact Nona of NonaKnits? I did, and I've already heard back from her! 
Do check out her blog. Here's one I saved on Short Row Techniques
Lots of useful information there. (Not like there isn't here, of course,) but...every little bit helps, right? Especially her gauge/yarn substitution calculator!
