Oh, Dusti, I want that book, too! Is it out already?! Nope! I just looked at Amazon, they have a great pre-order price, too-$19.77!
I love all the shawls you have on your list, Dusti! LOL, you sound like me with my 3 or 4...or is it 5 that are on my list...and, of course, the #4 Cape in Holiday Vogue...it's moved close to the top of my list...I think I will knit it with the Cash Iroha that's on the way, it's a light blue...yum

Loving everyone's selections

And yes- that was the peacock feather pattern I was hunting for... but now I may need to change my plans...

The designer ships really quick, too. Well, if you're going to make it too, then I'll get off my butt keep working on it. Which means I need to decide ASAP if I want to keep with the yarn I have or switch. Oh, and I'm part of the Yahoo KAL too!! Did you join?

Good thing they don't mind crochet! I know I can do that if I bugger up my knitting.
That's the one I'll be doing as well, and it'll be my first lace too :D

Oh My, I've not run across that! Silk yarn for less than $10?! 880 yards?! Are we sure it's not 88 yds? If it's 880 I'm gonna have to have it

It was Calamintha who told us about it: http://theknitter.com/yarn-yagger-sp...wool-silk.html

GREAT stuff. Just made a shawl and am doing second with it. I think it's 680 yards and it's 50 silk, 50 merino

Most definately In the recent digest, I'm the one commenting that I had to get the pattern... emailed her and will be paying via paypal later tonight after I get done balancing the checkbook. She even answered the questions I had as to how much yarn and what size needles I need to pick up. I absolutely cannot wait to start this!!
