Laura, do you think it would be possible for us to set up a get-together at your shop this month? Maybe on a Saturday or Sunday?

Oh, Michelle I'm so sorry about your brother's situation. I hope everything gets solved soon.

Welcome to the new members.

It's been kind of crazy lately on my side and I haven't had a chance to be around much. I promise to take some time this weekend to get caught up here.

Take care,

Welcome hollandcrew. I go to a yarn circle in Concord. It meets at Rave Knits (a great store!) If you'd like more info you let me know.

Thanks Laura! Maybe we could plan for the first Saturday in December. That would be December 1st. Anyone else interested?
We could bring what we're working on for Christmas!

Hi y'all....I'm a true newbie....new to knitting, new to the board, and somewhat new to NC. We moved from Dallas, TX to Kernersville, NC about 2 years ago.

I'm looking forward to learning from everyone here...I can knit and purl, and that's about it! I learned to make scarves last Christmas and now I'm hooked....but I sure don't understand many of the patterns and the lingo.

I'm currently working on a simple baby blanket for my upcoming new nephew....it's slow going, but at least it's not a scarf!

Talk to you soon!
