A Touch of Whimsy Fingerless Gloves
Hey
I am continuing in the "A Touch of Whimsy" series with the fingerless gloves that go with the hat and scarf.
This was a fun and quick knit. I thought about carrying the pattern all over the glove, but decided against it because, well, I like my fingerless gloves to be in st st, so the cuff is the only place with the cable and lace pattern. I guesttimate that these took around 1/2 hank of Malabrigo. I used sizes 7 and 5 circs (I use the 2 circ method).
I still intend to do the socks to match, but I'm thinking they will have to wait until either Lacevember or the shawl that I hope to knit for Lacevember are done
I will have the pattern available on my blog later today.

Very nice! A person will be able to be decked out entirely in Whimsy! Will we be seeing the Touch of Whimsy belt, the Touch of Whimsy leg warmers. Oooooh you know what would be cool...A Touch of Whimsy cardigan with this motif at the cuffs and around the waist or along the button band! Go for it, Rebecca!
