Athena Cowl - knitting goddess by bergman
OK i'm really confused ... In the knitting goddess by bergman there's a cowl pattern that says and i qoute

"gauge is approximately 2.75 st per inch and 3.25 st per row" then it says

"finished length is appoximatley 32in, slightly streched, and width (not circumference) is about 14 slightly strech...

soooo does that if my gauge is correct should i

(a) cast on 88 sts and knit 91 rows
or
(b) cast on 46 sts and knit 77 rows
