I would agree, but I would wait and do calisthenics and other exercises that are a little more gentle first...only because pilates can be tough on your back if your back is not strong enough for it yet. And find a good instructor.

Even when my back was not a total mess, certain pilates exercises would trigger pain.

Just my opinion though. Everyone is different.

You have got to be the best pal ever! I got a Godiva chocolate bar (mmmm...), Some oh so nummy chocolate truffles, Some coffee and a tin of Chinese tea that I can not wait to try. That tin will also make an awsome notions holder! She also stuck a 1.5oz Miss Babs Crazy Batt that is so beautiful. You were right in assuming that I would appreciate it. I can not wait to start spinning on it!
And the socks. You are the most talented knitter! These sock are by far the nicest socks that I own. Absolutely beautiful! I put them on the second I opened the box.
