Increasing evenly

My instructions say to cast on 215 sts. That I understand. What does K 10 rows inc 35 sts evenly spaced on last row -250 sts mean?

You need to increase 35 stitches to get to 250. They want you to spread them out evenly--not just increase at each end. It would probably work if you increase about every 7 stitches. It doesn't have to be absolutely, perfectly, even--just close enough is close enough.
