Patons SWS
I heard this will felt, and I am wondering if anyone has tried it. I want to make fibertrends clogs, but don't know if I want to try it with this yarn or not.

I haven't felted it but I've seen felted swatches at Michael's. It didn't seem to look as good as Cascade 220. But I want to knit with it too. I just love the colors.

I felted it to make a sophie bag. I love the SWS, but with the Natural Navy colorway it seemed to dull the colors a bit in my opinion. But it still felted nicely and I will definitely use it again.

Thanks for the feedback! I'm going to my parent's for Thanksgiving, so maybe since they have a washing machine I'll try to knit up a swatch and see how it felts.

I love this yarn.

Ever-so-slightly OT: Did your Natural Navy have any navy in it? Mine had a purplish blue stripe and a black stripe, but nothing that could remotely be considered navy. It was still pretty, but not what I was hoping for.

Mine also didn't really have anything I would consider navy! Some lighter blues, even a hint of purple, and 2 randome stripes of black... rather odd!

Well see, you smoosh the purpley blue with the black and you get navy.

LOL....I made a hat for DH with Natural Navy. Nope, no navy. But lots of very masculine colors....he likes the hat a lot.

Last night I felted a bag I made from SWS. It felted really fast. To be perfectly honest though, I liked the bag much more before I felted it. It felted way more than I thought it would.

Would you mind posting a picture? Not only would I like to see how it felts, but I always love to see pics of people's FO's.
