Joining shoulder seams
My pattern doesn't tell me how to join the shoulder seams, it just says to do it. I have bound off the edges, so what stitch do I use to join them? I tried the Mattress stitch and it doesn't work for this.

Thanks!

This link at the lionbrand website has a good description and illustration for seaming shoulders.
