HI!!!!
I am still new to the knitting thing and am looking for anyone that lives near Abilene, Texas. I am a HUGE sock junkie and pefer smaller projects like hats, socks, dish cloths, etc. I am wanting to learn how to knit mittens but am one of those people that hav to be show how to do it in order to learn it.

Well, I don't live near Abilene, but I used to! I lived in Ballinger for 2 years, and I was just in Winters in November for a funeral.
