Help. My account got all mixed up, who do I write?

Well. I changed my email after all coz of all that SPAM I'd been getting lately (did anyone see the New York Times article about the HUGE SPAM flow that started up last month? It wasn't just me)

Anyhoo. I changed my account, the email, but couldn't log on for the past 2 days. I wrote Amy at the general Contact Us here. But I know she's busy. Do I write Kelly? I finally just made a new account but that wipes out everything like when I joined and all my messages etc. Help help
