dropped stich after binding off

Hi,
I just finished a hat for my step mom and while doing some of the finish work I found a couple of dropped stiches. I've already bound off and am wondering if I can fix these, or am I too late?

You could probably use a crochet hook to bring them up as far as you can and then pull them to the inside of the hat and sew them to make sure they don't unravel further.
