Stretch Bands in sock cuffs
Have any of you made your socks with the elastic or rubber band inside the cuff? If you have, can your post instructions?

Haven't, and I'm not quite sure why it would be necessary. A 2x2 ribbed cuff stays up nicely without cutting off circulation.

I suppose you could carry an elastic thread along with your yarn while you knit the cuff, but it's going to show. If you've already knitted a cuff and it seems too wide, you can sew several rows of elastic thread along the inside of the cuff, pull them up to fit and tie the ends. This works for stretched-out necklines and such, too.
