what to make with this expensive cotton?

I had a complete lack of self-control and brainpower today at the local yarn store. Somehow, I bought Blue Heron mercerized cotton. 1000 yard hank of it. Handpainted, I'm guessing, I don't know. Cost a bundle.
Looks to be between about fingering weight.
sigh.
I had been looking to buy something this weight, and this yardage, to make a cozy wrap. But after getting this home, I was like "cotton???" This won't have the right feel, no fuzziness, no warmth.
So I don't know what to do.
It is so beautiful, the colors are gorgeous, blues, purples and greens.
Any ideas...
I guess I don't know of any patterns which use such thin cotton, to knit with.
So...any ideas?
