Change the text on a url for a link???

How do you do that??

I know how to cut and paste an address in a post and make it a working link but how do you change the text to something else and still have the link work??

Just do that without the space after the =. You can use the url at the top of the post reply screen. Once for the and again for the .

I actually highlight the word, click the URL button and put the = and the link between the letters URL and the ]. supah quick and easy!
