Newark or Fremont CA?

nearby. I am all alone with no one to knit with.

Why don't you ladies come to Communkity on The Alameda in San Jose (just off 880). They have social knitting Sunday Afternoons.

I would love to check it out, Unfortunately, I don't have a car and I wouldn't know how to get there via public transport. I do intend to make it sooner or later though!

On a different note, I have a knitting group at the Newark Public Library. We meet every other Saturday and have the conference room all to ourselves. We will be meeting this upcoming Saturday (Sat, Aug 11th) at 12:30pm to 1:30pm.

If anyone would like to drop by, you are more than welcome. We would love to have you there!

I am in Milpitas. :-) I am in Fremont sorta oftenish to go to Trader Joe's.

Would your group be helpful to someone needing to sew up the seams of her first completed sweater? :-)

Hi sorry for the late reply. We would be glad to help if we can!
Unfortunately, the next two groups are cancelled since I will be out of the state. We will resume as usual at the mid/end of September if you can hold out that long.
We would be more than glad to have you join us. PM me if you would like to know the next date, etc.

We are also thinking of doing a little "field trip" to the knit and crochet show in Oakland at the end of September.
