Sweater too large...
I've knitted a man's sweater with fair isle border...it's too large for any of my men (husband, sons). I can either rip it out and do over or try to cut and sew seams to get proper size. Has anyone done this and does it work?

I didn't cut, but I did sew seams on my son's black cardi and that worked beautifully! It wasn't a huge adjustment, and I sewed down the edges ot the seamed material so they weren't flopping around.

Heres a site to show you how to make it smaller.I did it and it worked out fine once you get past the cutting part

Thanks for replies...checked out the website and think I'll be able to muster enough courage to cut it at some point!
