WIP - Another Wavy Lace Shawl

I finished one of these for my best friend for her birthday in December and now her mom wants one. So I am going to try and finish one up by the time she goes to visit her on Feb. 15. I think I can do it. I can't believe how easy a pattern is, any pattern, the second time around!

My Wavy Lace Shawl is about 50 inches, and I keep knitting on other things. My husband gave me Cat Bordhi's book on the moebius and I am all over the moebius now!! It is just amazing how that cast on works so that you knit it all in one fell swoop--no seams. It is a mathematical wonder. I have a nephew who is a math genius studying at university, so I made one for him and will send it today. (I heard his brother say he couldn't get him away from the moebius when they visited some science museum!)

Anyway, some day I will post a photo of my wavy lace FO. It was nagging at me just last night. Your second one has a lovely start. I'll look forward to seeing the FO. Cheers.
