Marta Stina's Knitting Technique
Hello to all,
I just purchased a copy of Piecework's special knitting issue. They have an article about Marta Stina Abrahamsdotter's Knitting Technique. I am wondering if anyone has any knowledge on this technique or knows where I can find good how to instructions on it. The article contains a how to but it isn't very clear (or maybe I am just not understanding it lol). I would really like to learn this technique and would appreciate any help or advice. Thank you.

There was a knitting conference in Seattle at the Nordic Heritage Museum in October. I was just visiting the museum not a participant at the conference. However, I did note that they were working on Ulrika Bos Kerttu's knitted mittens using Marta Stina's technique. I also have the magazine article and I would like to make the mittens but I am not familiar with the technique. Perhaps someone at the museum could be of assistance.
