Looking for Dressy Hat Pattern

My boyfriend wants me to knit his boss a hat that can be worn with a leather coat. A lighter weight yarn, sport weight is fine (size US 5 or 6 needles to knit). Not a tight fitting skull cap, something that looks nice and dressy. Thanks.
