My Brothers unwanted hat
When asked what he wanted for his Birthday and Christmas, my Brother responded "I really don't want anything"

So i made him a hat with 2 skeins of misti Alpaca

was done entirely off the cuff (out of what passes for my Head)

reduced the size of a Cabled scarf, but made 2

did both at the same time on a single circ needle, but safety pinned together so I did the sides in order
then when I got to the end of the skein I added the other and made an I-chord edge (attacthing the Ichords was hard untl i saw Cat bhondi's book)
then did 3 rows, then did the same for the brow, then added stitches till 1x1 ribbing worked, and finished it off

He did not want any gift, but now is looking forward to it

I made him a Brown Eylash Tube/hat/scarf last year
looked funky as all get out
this is funky in a different way
