I Also found Boucle at DollerTree (in west st. paul). Of course I scooped up as much as I could. I'm trying to put together a pattern for swim suit cover-ups for all the little girls in my life!

I'm curious to know how the MOA was this weekend. I wasn't able to attend. Too busy with Cubscout stuff.
BTW, I'm Jody in Shakopee.

WOW! It's been a while since anyones been here!
Just thought I'd see of any of you MN knitters would be interested in joining the Oddball charity Baby Blankets for the Midwest Great Lakes area? PM me if you would like- it's for a great cause and a great way to destash on some acrylic yarn.

I live south of the Twin Cities, didn't have any inspiration until recently. Like most, learned young. I'm in my early 20s & I want a hobby, so I took up knitting. You can just call me Hina.

The only projects I've done was a few beanies (one for myself, my friend & my stuff animal [monkey]), & a test double sided knit of the word "kindness" in korean.

I'm currently working on a double sided knit scarf with a pattern on it (hint: off of a video game). & I'm wondering what should I do about the SIP scarf that I've been having for over a month now (I posted it in the General Knitting section).

I got my aunt back into knitting, however she tends to wander off doing other things like video games & shopping. So she would forget. She liked the double sided knit I'm currently working on, that's how I got her back into it, but she wants to do a simple scarf. I told her about this site, however she'll forget it.
