I moved to Minnesota (Wright County) a few years back. I rather like small town life, and enjoy raising poultry and goats.

I crochet fairly well (at least, after putting down my hook for ten years I'm getting back in the hang of it) but am struggling to learn to knit. My grandmother taught me crochet, but for knitting all I have really are books and websites.

i am proud to say that i am a knitting addict. i have several UFO's atm and many in my queue lol. can't wait to get them started
i am on the east side of the cities..what is everyone's favorite yarn shop??

Yeah, this is way late. But this is my first post ever!!!!
And I'm a MN knitter too!
I'm in a teeny tiny town near St. Cloud, and I've been knitting for about five years.
I'm 14, by the way XD
and today I (finally) learned to cable! I am quite excited by this.
So if no one replies to this that's cool, but I couldn't find any newer MN posts. >.<

But I am looking for more unique shops around the cities.
