Raglan Sleeve increases after rib
Moving ahead on the raglan sleeve. The rib is done. The pattern reads:
inc 1 st each side every 3rd row 0 times, every 4th row 6 times.....etc.

So do I knit the 3 rows but not increase and then knit 4 rows to do the first increase. Or do I ignore the first three rows and just knit four and increase? Thanks.

Knit the 3 without the increase, then start your increases 4 rows after that.
