can someone read this pattern and tell me if it looks right?
I'm trying to make baby socks using the 4ply #3 needle

what i'm confused is on line one, after I do all the steps I have one stitch left over in the end. am I suppose to leave it alone??? or knit it along..

Help I need to get this done for tomarrow ackkkk

The stitches used in row 1 do add up to 29. Did you miss the knit 1 on the next line that's part of row 1? Or did you miss one of the increases?
