FO Glove; WIP Other glove, booga bag
My dad wanted me to make him mittens, and he had picked out Lionsbrand Woolease Chunky. He asked if I could do gloves, but I wasn't sure if there would be enough stitches to make each finger. However, once I started, I realized that there were, so now I'm surprising him with gloves. I finished the first one in two days, but then I got my Noro Kureyon for my booga bag, and put the other halfway finished glove on hold to make my bag. Now, I'm all ready to felt my bag and finish the other glove. (Just not at 11:30 at night. Even college kids need sleep eventually. )

For the glove pattern, I sort of adopted this pattern http://wendyknits.net/knit/mitts.htm and then made the fingers based on what I had seen from other glove patterns.[/url]

The booga bag colorway is 182.

Gloves are really fun and easy, and with thick yarn, go really fast. The pattern I linked explains how to do the thumb gusset. This pattern
http://www.vintageknits.com/jcrew.html
is basically how I did the fingers, except I started with the little finger.
