Does this mean that I just keep working the same stitch with no changes over the course of the next 3 rows?

I'm a newbie can you tell. I am working on a Pussy Cat hat for my son. So far so good but its my first time working from a detailed pattern, and therefore some of the terms are unfamiliar to me. I'll likely be coming back to ask more questions about he neckband portion of this pattern. The patterns is from the back of the Phentex - Merit yarn I got (100% acrylic).

'Work even' just means to keep on in the stitch pattern that you've been doing, but with no increases or decreases.
