I get this done all the time for Home school stuff.
It works to about $5 for an average sized book, with taxes. (I am Canadian, remember?)
Most office stores will do it. I strongly recommend the coil bound. It is very durable and very easy on your pages in the long run. Don't be talked into the kind of binding that is like a comb. Very annoying!
The cost includes cutting the book up for you.
Also, they can make new covers if needed. And sometimes I print off a bunch of stuff, have them insert section dividers, and have it bound and self-publish books myself. Its very cheap in the long run!
