very very cute! I need to find a dog to knit a sweater for b/c dh says our dog can't have one!!! (you know...the whole clothes are for people thing...)

I'm knitting the Feb challenge (a purple dog sweater in my case) and will, if it turns out OK, auction it off for one of the rescues I work with. It's my first fair isle.

That is so sweet (the dog and the sweater)!!!
I've always thought that sweaters for dogs (other than gray hounds and whippets) were redundant but my beagle Lily hates to be cold so I'm thinking of knitting her a sweater and maybe some booties. Thanks for the posting.
