Sharpest Wooden Needles?
Which brand of wooden (including bamboo) needles, straight or round, are the sharpest right out of the package?

I have Crystal Palace, Clover, and Lantern Moon. CP and LM are the sharpest of the three IMHO. Tips on Clovers are roundish...terrible for intricate stitch maneuvering... IMHO.

I have Crystal Palace, Lantern Moon, Clover, Chiagoo, and some unknown brand for dpns. None of them are as sharp at my KP options. But when I was first knitting I met someone who said she sanded all her wooden needles to a point and finished them so they were smooth again.

Thank you all for sharing your experiences. I suppose it matters not which brand I buy as I will have to sand and reshape tips & points.

I wonder why only Denise & KP Options offer really sharp needles? Hmm . . . .
