Looking for a Knitting Version of this Crochet Pattern

I can't crochet to save my life, and believe me, I have tried many many times, unsuccessfully

. But I have fallen absolutely in love with the update of the Draped Bed Jacket featured in Stitch n Bitch Crochet: The Happy Hooker by Debbie Stoller. The pattern is Froufrou. I was wondering if anyone has knit a similar version of this and has a pattern to share or a link to a pattern that you know of. It would be greatly greatly appreciated.

Try this one. It's similar in design. Not too hard once you get going. I wrote about my changes in the pattern on my blog. Found a much easier way to do the sleeves.

Thanks, I've seen that pattern many times, but it's not quite what I'm looking for. That is knit in the round. The pattern for froufrou is knit flat and pieced together. Thanks, anyway!
