Counting rows
I am new to knitting, mainly teaching myself with help from the world wide web. I can figure out how to count the rows, but I don't know if the loops on the needle count as a row. I'm a long-time crocheter, so those loops on the needle are throwing me for a loop!

No they don't.just count up to those sts on needle,but not the stitches on needle
