First clogs
I finished my first pair of clogs over the weekend. They are for my son and are a children's large. They were so much fun to make. I was surprised how quickly I was able to finish them. But they took forever to dry. They were still damp after two days, so out of desperation I actually put them in the microwave this morning! That worked but I think they shrunk a little. I'll try the fan idea on the next pair.

@ microwaving clogs

Ya know, when I was a kid my Dad once had a wee bit too much to drink and jumped into our neighbors pool with all his clothes on during a backyard barbeque ... he then proceeded to microwave his wallet contents to dry them out, which caught fire and destroyed about $40 in cash. Anywho, ya just reminded me of that story.

I'm starting my first pair of Fiber Trends felted clogs as well. I'm so excited! I am a tight knitter and have gone up a size for other things. Should I use a size 15 ( It calls for a 13 ) or doesn't it matter as much for felted items? Thanks!

Lisa,

I don't think it will matter on these, just go with what it calls for. They are going to be really big anyway, then you can get them to the right size when you felt them.

Good luck!
