I can't wait to see the completed blanket, and read the notebook after everyone has written a little something in it. This will be SO COOL!

I'm with you, Jan. I feel like there is not much here I can actually USE for charity, because of the fiber content and wild character of the yarns. She did say that I could sell some of it and use the money for charity. I think I will sell some of it on ebay, then use the money to buy good quality charity yarn. That might make better sense.

I will send you some now, though. Just be sure to use it for charity, since that's the reason she gave it to me.

I'd feel bad using it for myself. She did say it was okay for me to use some of it for myself, though. I gave a few skeins to lestrella and lissalue, and one skein of sock yarn to angelia.

It feels SO GOOD using it for this blanket now. Now, I need to get going on some more charity projects.

Shandeh it looks great. I can't wait to see it all put together. I'm jealous that some of you can meet up with each other! I'm all by my lonesome out here!!

I think I accidentally turned off notifications for this thread and missed a bunch of pages . But I'm back! I'm so excited to be a part of this and that it's already started, hooray.

Love the idea of the blog and I can't wait to see what the afghan looks like by the time it gets to me.

I'm sure you will, Jan!!

Maranda, I'm sorry you can't get together with any KH knitters. Maybe you can find someone in your area by doing a search in the forum. (That's how I found most of the North Carolina knitters.)

Welcome back, HamaLee!

Well, I dropped the ball today. The package is still sitting in the back of my car. I went to teach two piano lessons, and had to cancel the rest of them. I'm SOOOO tired today.

I think my doctor may be right. I must have fibromyalgia. I feel achy and sore all over, and I can't hold my eyes open.

Marvin is off work tomorrow, so I'll send him to the post office with my packages if he has time. I'm sorry I didn't get it out today!

Please don't feel bad, Sandy. Taking care of yourself definately takes priority over everything else! I'm sure that everyone will understand. Go home, relax, nap and do whatever you need to to feel better.

Just a little angry humor to make you feel better. Your health is the most important! I hope you feel better. I can wait, you need to get to the doctor young lady! Please take care of yourself! I am so glad to have you for a friend, you have to be well enough that we can get together soon!
