A question about subscribing to the feed....

I've not done this before. When I click on the subscribe link, it asks me to download a file. Is this normal?? I'd like to find out before I download something. Thanks!

Why would one need to subscribe? I just have a link on my hotlink bar.

It's kind of a just for fun thing. If you subscribe to the blog, and someone clicks your blogspot profile, they can see what blogs you're subscribed to.

Lestrella, I grew up 20 minutes east of Hood River in The Dalles. It hasn't changed that much since 1991...though I understand on the week ends Hood River is the place to be. I think they have an antique thing where various dealers all congregate in one place and I know they have two yarn shops- one more standard and one that seem to sell only locally spun yarn and fiber, I think. All of this talk of Oregon is making me reminisce. I was on a traveling retreat team about eight years ago and we spent a lot of time in The Dalles, Hood River actually all over Oregon. Of all the states we vistited (we vistited about 10 and parts of Canada) Oregon would have to be my favorite. Everyone I met was so nice, the whole state is just beautiful and because of the weather I had great hair

My curls really liked it there!
