I GOT IT I GOT IT I GOT IT!!!!!!!!!!

And there were so many pretty presents in there from GennyLynn!

I got two little candles and a gorgeous votive holder, a little journal, some very soft yarn (in one of my favorite colors!), some thread clippers, and two yarn needles! GennyLynn, thank you so so so much for such wonderful goodies!

I've already started on the blanket...I wasn't sure how to add in a new color, so I just joined it with Genny's thread tail for three stitches, and then dropped her tail. The color is a surprise for now, but let's just say it's definitely a Florida yarn!

Genny, thank you again!! I really love the gifts!

Whew!! I'm glad it made it there safely, and that you like your goodies!!!

I'm looking forward to seeing what you add to the blanket.

Yay!!!

I'm SO glad our mail person did their job well.
Maybe we should say a big THANK YOU to the US Postal Service for helping to get our blanket all over the place for us!

The blanket is starting to look like....well.....a BLANKET!
It definitely has a back and front side now, since we have cables and changing colors.

SO, I guess we'd better be careful now to make sure that each knitter ends on a wrong side row, so the next knitter will be able to add their color and start knitting on a right side row, and it will look PERFECT!

You are all doing such a WONDERFUL JOB with your knitting!

That's a fine way to add on a new color. No worries. I'll be weaving in all the loose ends when the blanket comes back to me for the border.

Just wanted to let everyone know that the blanket is coming along quite nicely! I've knit about an inch so far, and the colors all look great together!
