Fixing knitting can be intimidating, but good for you for sticking with it and succeeding! I'm looking forward to having it arrive on my doorstep....

I just wanted to come on to let you all know that I have 3 more rows to knit and then the blanket will be ready to be mailed off. I imagine it'll be ready to be mailed tomorrow...I'll probably get it in the mail on Tuesday. Pictures will come after I finish those 3 rows.

I'm not going to be able to get it out in the mail today. I came down sick at work yesterday. I managed to eek the day out but crashed when I got home. I haven't done much since then. Which means I have yet to box up the blanket and I probably won't be leaving the house until I feel better. I did get pictures taken on Sunday before I came down sick though. I'll try to get those posted sometime today.

To the next knitter---no worries, I haven't touched the blanket since before I came down sick so there's no germies on the needles or anything.

Pictures

I chose to do this stitch http://cache.lionbrand.com/cgi-bin/f...arn&faqKey=291 because it looked like a very simple pattern repeat. It was a really easy stitch to do. I liked knitting it. I'm not thrilled with the way that it turned out though because it kind of made my stitches look uneven and crappy. Oh well..as long as noone looks too closely.

Sorry about the lack of good lighting in the photos.
