Help, Lost my pattern in FAll 2006 Knit Simple Mag.
I am almost finish with my sweater. Now I can't find my pattern. I tore it out of the magazine and put in a sheet protector. Now I can't find it. :?? It is the stripes sweater on page 49 of the Fall 2006 KnitSimple. Can any one help me with a copy? :muah: I really don't want to pay 10.00 for a back issue. Thank you

I don't need the whole Patten, just the paragraph for the Front neck. It say something like "At the same time", I need all that and what is after that.
I am driving my family nut with this. I have look everywhere in my house, car. Canít find it any where. :wall: :verysad:
I am going on a cruise during Spring Break, I would like to wear it then or at least finish it while on the cruise.

Thanks

Ok, I'm hoping this is ok to do as I'm not copying the entire pattern.

Moderator, let me know if this is a complete no-no. I just know how it is to misplace a pattern

FRONT:

Work as for back until 20 stripes have been completed - 56(60, 66, 70)sts. Work last inc. and shape neck as follows:

Shape Neck
Next row (RS)

K3, M1, k19921, 24, 26) sts, place center 12 sts on holder for front neck, join another ball of yarn, k to last 3 sts, M1 k3 -- 23 (25, 28, 30) sts each side. Working both sides at once, work next 5 rows even. Dec 1 st from each neck edge on next row, then every 6th row 4 (5, 5, 5) times more. AT THE SAME TIME, shape armholes as for back. Work even on 12(13, 15, 17) sts each side until armhole measures same as back to shoulder, end with a WS row. Bind off each side.

SLEEVES

With A, cast on 48 (52, 54, 58) sts. Work in garter st for 6 rows.Cont. in stripe pattern as follows:

Shape cap
Bind off 3 sts at beg of next 2 rows.

Dec row (RS)
K3, ssk, k to last 5 sts, k2tog, k3. Rep dec row every other row 10 (11, 12, 13) times more, end with a WS row -- 20 (22, 22, 24) sts. Bind off 2 sts at beg of next 2 rows, then 3 sts at beg of next 2 rows. Bind of rem 10 (12, 12, 14) sts.

FINISHING
Block pieces lightly to measurements. Sew shoulder seams.

COWL NECK

With RS facing, circular needle and A, pick up and k 30 (32, 34, 36) sts along left front neck edge, 12 sts from front neck holder, 1 st along right back neck edge, 22 (24, 24, 24) sts from back neck holder, then 1 st along left back neck edge -- 96 (102, 106, 110)sts. Join and pm for beg of rnds. Work around in St st for 6 1/2". Bind off all sts loosely. Set in sleeves. Sew side and sleeve seams.
