Yay for the slouchy hat!
I love Patton's SWS! And the seed stitch didn't take as long as I was thinking it would. It only took 3, maybe 4 days to finish.
One more:
About SWS...does anyone else have the same problem I do and have trouble scooping up all the yarn? It seems that I split the yarn often, but maybe that's just because I use pointy metal needles and knit tightly? I really need to learn to ease up on the tension, I think.

That is a great hat, you did a wonderful job. I can't wait till I knit that clean and in three to four hours. Wow!
I've never tried the SWS by Patons, I'll take a look. Is the pattern for your hat on their website or is this available elsewhere. I wouldn't mind trying my hand at it.
