Is there a video on how to insert fringe on a scarf? I knew how to do it last year but this year my mind is blank.

When I make fringe I cut several pieces of yarn twice as long as I want the fringe to be. Then I double them over and pull the big clump of ends through the area which I'm fringing with a crochet hook. I only pull the yarn about halfway through, leaving a loop of middles on the other side. Then I take my clump of ends and pass it through the loop of middles and pull tightly. And that's my fringe!

I'm sorry I don't know of any videos. I hope that my instructions are clear enough to be helpful to you.
