I still knit
Our air conditioning works so well that I FREEZE in the summer when I'm inside. So I still knit my usual items even during the summer. But when I sit outside on my deck I bring a book or magazine to knitting outside in the warmth.

Last summer for about two weeks it was between 115 and 119. This summer looks to be hot too, since it was 88 the other day. I ususally knit dishcloths, light scarves (for Christmas presents), practice stitches etc.

I too have my AC cranked, but even at 75 it's still HOT in the house as the AC is always on trying to compensate for the heat.

I tried to knit a blanket last year, wearing house shorts (aka WAY to short for outside) and I about died. Yup it's small light things and practicing techniques for me.

I am planning to knit a lacy camisole and a dress this summer, but other than that, I don't know what I'm going to be knitting! Maybe I'll knit a few pairs of short socks too.
