Big Girl Knits "Laura Tee" Need your help
I have this pattern I need your help with. The directions say:
Next Row [RS]: K to marker, slip marker, m1, k to last 2 sts, m1, k2.
P 1 row
Next Row [RS]: K to marker, slip marker, m1, k to end.
P 1 row.
Here is where I run into problems: Repeat these 4 rows 7 times more, working Left Twist every 8 rows as set.

A Left Twist is always worked on a RS row. Please any help would be greatly appreciated.

Where did you do the first Left Twist?

ETA: I just looked at the pattern (the first page shows up on the site) and you did your first twist on row 9. You'll do the other twists on rows 17, 25, 33, etc. These will be right side rows.

OMG, I posted a question in the pattern section, and that is the EXACT question I wanted to ask!!

Bless you. And bless the answer!!!

Although can you explain why those rows? If it's every 8 rows that you do the twist, wouldn't it be on row 12?

Ok, 4 rows, repeat 7 times. So you've done the original 4 rows, then you do 8 rows do the twist, isn't that row 12?

I'm confuzeled.

You're repeating rows 1-4 seven times in addition to working the left twist every 8 rows. From what I could tell in the pattern, the first LT is worked on row 9.

So you'd do
1
2
3
4
1
2
3
4
1 - twist
2
3
4
1
2
3
4
1 - twist

etc.

Got it! Thanks. Somehow, it just wasn't making sense in my brain.
