Guiding Light-Nicole Forrester and knitting

This morning I was watching Guiding Light. They have the actors tell the audience what is "their light" (their inspiration, their joy, what makes them feel complete) and Nicole Forrester (Cassie) said that her light is knitting! She goes on to say that it starts with picking out the color of yarn, the texture and then making something like a sweater then giving it to a friend and knowing that they are wearing something you made for them.

It was nice to see and hear someone on national tv talking about how knitting makes them feel happy inside.
