where's that pattern for the 'boob holder' shrug?

i know i saw it somewhere and forgot to write down the ACTUAL name of the shrug pattern and where to find it.

if anyone can help me, i'd appreciate being pointed in the right direction. i did search, but didn't have any luck finding it.

i found plenty of references to it, but couldn't find the actual pattern.
