Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. We ask ourselves, Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous? Actually, who are you not to be? We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us. And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. - Marianne Williamson
The worst thing about college (okay, not really, but yeah) is that I don't get to have my mom's homemade matzo balls. Mmmm. The only ones I've had here so far were instant ones and ugh.
But yes, to everyone celebrating, have a very good Passover!
I'll be thinking of you tonight at our Seder. When I was in school the Jewish students would contact a kosher caterer to do the Seder. You may want to go onto epicurious.com and search for mini leek matzo balls. It is a wonderful recipe (I make it every year, but in lieu of ginger ale I use seltzer) and although it's too late to do it for tonight maybe you can get together with some other students for another night perhaps the last night of Passover. Everyone can bring something that they really love from their family Seders.
