Patterns for bags and totes
I am a total purse addict. I have this load of bulky boucle yarn and I want to knit a knitting bag and maybe a matching purse. The problem is that I have no idea what I want them to look like yet! What are your favorite bag patterns?

I love the Booga Bag, Rick Rack Purse, Lucy Bag and a few others that I haven't made yet.

There are a TON of patterns here to look at too.

Thank you so much for the links! I now have a list of bags I want to knit.
I LOVE the pattern for My Constant Companion... I have never ordered a pattern on the internet before. Has anyone here made that particular bag by any chance?

I know that DotMom has made that bag and loves it! It is huge, but perfect for a knitting bag!

Knitting bags is addicting!

I have made 2 Constant Companions - the first one was for me and I just finished the second one. One of the girls that works for me is pregnant and I thought it would make a great diaper bag. She knows she is having a boy so I made it in blue with grey trim. I ordered the pattern from kyarns.com but then I found it in a knitting book and I would up buying the book as well since there were lots of great patterns in the book. On kyarns.com they also sell it in a kit which is how I made my first one. It is striped and turnmed out really cool...
