Am I crazy?
I have recently started to crochet again to make some baby blankets for charity and I really feel guilty not knitting I feel that I should start a little knitting project to make sure I don't loose interest.....Ok I just read what I wrote and realized that I am crazy!!!!Am I alone???

No, you are not crazy. Do what YOU enjoy doing. I learned to crochet when I was a young girl. I enjoyed it. But I do prefer to knit now. But I'm not ashamed to say I can crochet.

I crocheted long before I knitted and while I don't enjoy it anymore if you do then go for it.

My first love is sewing. Every once in a while I take a break from knitting, especially if I'm in a rut and unsure of what project. And sewing for me is more instant gratification than knitting. I think if you are expressing your creativity in any way it's great.

I think a for knitting AND crocheting is awesome.
B/C both can work hand in hand for some awesome projects.. check ou the book KNitting Loves CRochet..
Crochet makes some LOVELY borders ..
Don't ever apologize for venturing into new things b/c it just exemplifies how wondefully creative awesome people we are...

BTW: Knitting AND crocheting have been around a LONG time and that 's b/c they both are hightly practical, aritistic, useful talents~!!
