Adjusting a pattern
Im planning on starting this sweater soon

THere is a difference of 12 stitches between each size, and I was wondering if I could do a "S/M and a half" -- the cast on for the S/M is 120 and the M/L is 132, so could I do 126? The rib pattern is "K2P4" repeat, so it should work, right?

Plan to be spontaneous tomorrow!!!!

It should work fine.
You may have to do a little fiddling with the increases but you understand the concept and any math will be minimal.
